What about shipping?
We have been safely packing and shipping our fine merchandise all over the US for years. Shipping cost is based on what you order and determined by weight. For online orders, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed for you before you finalize your order.

Your order will be boxed for maximum safety and protection during shipping.

What shipping methods do you use?
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship all of our orders. Each order is fully insured before shipping and this cost is included in your shipping price.

How long does it take to receive my order?
We ship most orders within 2 days. Shipping transit time can vary depending on your location and shipping option. Most orders are received within 2-5 business days.

What if my item(s) is damaged?
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item due to shipping, please keep all packing materials and call us at 281.296.6080 or email us at support@conniesicottedesigns.com to have the item picked up and to schedule a replacement.

You will not be charged sales tax for any item shipped to any address outside of Texas.
